Back online after another manic week , more & more 2006 bikes from GIANT are arriving daily with some really nice surprises when we get them out of the boxes. We have over 50 Giant bikes on the floor so you pop in for a browse. I managed to weigh a couple of the new road bikes as the new OCR Zero seemed amazingly light even in size L for a $2000 road bike out of the box.
2006
OCR2 size Medium 9.8kg (including reflectors & accessories)
OCR1 size Medium 8.85kg ( "" "")
OCR Zero LARGE 8.67kg (" "") logic would mean a smaller size will be lighter :)
From 2005 we still have some Composite Zero's in size Small 46.5mm with all the carbon goodies & a bike without pedals as they are sold will weigh in at 7.63kg. At $2999 these basically @#$$% all over the opposition but above price is while stocks last.
